Ellington Properties launches third Belgravia development in Jumeirah Village Circle

Dubai, UAE; July 25, 2017: Ellington Properties, the Dubai-born design-led boutique property development company, announced the launch of Belgravia III in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) – the third residential building under the company’s flagship brand and the fifth in its portfolio.

Belgravia III follows the successful delivery of Belgravia and the recent launch of Belgravia II that saw Ellington Properties become the premier provider of aesthetically compelling and elegant residential projects in JVC. Ellington’s latest launch will once again redefine investor requirements of high-quality design and unique architecture.

With two L-shaped buildings facing each other and overlooking a central courtyard complete with a swimming pool, attractive landscaping and a private seating area, the development presents two efficient blocks with distinct and separate identities. With 224 spacious studios, one and two bedroom apartments, Belgravia III will become an icon of elegant, contemporary architecture.

Ellington recently launched DT1, a residential tower with 130 studio, one to four bedroom apartments in Downtown Dubai. Belgravia II, a G+4 residential building and Ellington’s second project that broke ground last year, has 188 modern studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments and townhouses. Seven of 20 projects in Ellington’s portfolio are under construction with Belgravia having welcomed its first residents earlier this year.
