Ellington launches Belgravia Heights project in Jumeirah Village Circle

Dubai, UAE; April 2,2018: Ellington, the Dubai-born design-led boutique developer with a growing portfolio of bespoke, aesthetic and high-quality homes, has launched Belgravia Heights in Dubai’s popular Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), after the successful introduction of three projects under the same brand name.
Ellington’s tenth development under construction comes on the back of a bullish sentiment expressed by the Dubai Land department where more than 69,000 real estate transactions were carried out – including mortgages and home, land and building sales – totalling AED285 billion (US$77.59 billion) in 2017. JVC is among the top five areas in Dubai with the most off-plan transactions with the others being Business Bay, Downtown Burj Khalifa, Dubai South and Mohammad bin Rashid City.
