Ellington celebrates topping out of DT1 residential tower with billionaire investor Raghu Kataria

Dubai, UAE; January 28, 2019: Ellington, Dubaiâs leading design-led property developer, celebrated the âtopping outâ of its DT1 Residential Tower in Downtown Dubai. The event was attended by the billionaire investor Raghu Kataria, the project architects, investors, homeowners, agents and other stakeholders. The topping out signified the completion of structural work ahead of schedule.
DT1, the fourth project by Ellington, has set benchmarks in every aspect of its construction and is scheduled for hand-over in the third quarter of this year. The residential tower offers residents and investors a unique value proposition with its close proximity to two of the key city hubs – Downtown Dubai and Business Bay.
Set in an area of about 20,000 square metres, DT1 rises majestically to a height of 76 metres. The tower also has a fitness centre with state-of-the-art equipment and Leisure and Lap Pools. A games room provides hours of enjoyment with several activities.
